🧭 How to Use Your Affiliate Dashboard

When you log in to the site as an affiliate, you can access your dashboard via the Affiliate Area page.
Your account includes the following main sections:

Section	Short Description
Dashboard	An overview of your account, including total commissions, visits, and earnings summary.
Affiliate URLs	Generate your unique referral links to share and attract customers (Referral Link Generator).
Statistics	View overall statistics: number of referrals, conversion rate, total and paid earnings.
Graphs	Visual performance charts – e.g., daily income, visits, and successful referrals.
Referrals	A list of completed purchases that generated commissions, with statuses like Unpaid or Paid.
Payouts	History of payments made to you by the site admin, including amounts and dates.
Visits	Shows visits that came through your referral links, even if they didn’t lead to purchases.
Creatives	Access to promotional banners, images, or text content you can use to promote services.
Direct Links	Add direct links for automatic tracking. Useful if your website links directly to ours.

2. 🛠️ Creating a Referral Link

In the URL Generator section, you can create your personalized referral link (with your unique ID), or even generate a QR code.
You should share this link on your blog, social media, or your hotel/agency website.

In this section, you can generate your unique referral link to promote the website.
You can also paste the URL of a specific tour or service from the website, and the system will automatically create a personalized affiliate link for it.
This lets you share links to individual tours or experiences directly via your blog, social media, or emails.

3. 📊 Activity Tracking

In the Referrals section, you can see:

• Which referrals resulted in successful purchases (Paid)

• Which ones are still pending approval (Unpaid)

4. 💸 Viewing Payouts

In the Payouts section:

• You can review previous payments, including the date and amount paid.

• If manual approval is enabled by the site admin, you’ll only see the Paid status—payments are processed by the admin only.

5. 📢 Promotional Resources

The site admin can provide you with access to:

• Banners

• Discount codes

• Promotional texts and graphics

These can be found in the Creatives section and used for promoting tours, hotels, or services more effectively.
